Kyle Marketplace		This is a 300 acre mixed use master planned commercial development in Kyle, Texas, at the intersection of IH 35 and FM 1626. Rick Sheldon worked with the Texas Department of Transportation, Hays County and the City of Kyle and was instrumental in establishing a TIF to repay a $25,000,000 loan from the State Infrastructure Bank which made the construction of the FM 1626 extension possible. Due to the completion of this project, the City of Kyle has been able to secure much needed retail development, including a 140,000 s.f. HEB and SuperTarget and the construction of Seton Medical Center Hospital located at IH35 & FM 1626 which opened in 2009.




Stone Oak

This is a beautiful 4,500 acre master planned community in north central San Antonio. Rick Sheldon oversaw the development and management of this community from 1993 through 2008 which includes over 6,500 single family residents and numerous commercial/retail/office developments.




New Braunfels		Rick Sheldon manages the 1,900 Acre Mixed Use Development along IH 35 in New Braunfels. Rick Sheldon is partners with the State of Texas General Land Office on this exciting project. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of this development. The project is currently in the design phase.




Sunnyvale Crossing		Sunnyvale Crossing – This is a 190 acre mixed use development at the intersection of Highways 80 and 352 in Sunnyvale, Texas. This development includes the new state of the art Regional Medical Center of Sunnyvale completed in 2009. Other anticipated uses are adult care facilities, apartments, medical offices, and retail stores.




Waco		This is an exciting new mixed use project we are working on in downtown Waco. It is still in the development phase, but we hope to add restaurants, shops and residential uses to revitalize downtown Waco.
